For Max, interest in finance wasn’t just learned from a textbook, it was a family tradition. Growing up as the son of a successful advisor, he was fascinated by the way his father helped people navigate their financial journeys. This lifelong exposure instilled in him a deep-seated commitment to ethics and a passion for investing that started in his teenage years. Today, he brings that family work ethic and a fresh perspective to the True Vision team.

Max earned his degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) in Cultural Entrepreneurship with a certification in Business Administration. During his time at UMD, he focused on social entrepreneurship, exploring how innovative business models can solve real-world problems. He applied this philosophy directly as a member of Food Forward, a non-profit dedicated to providing fresh food to “food deserts.” This experience solidified his unique approach to finance: using market-driven strategies to create a meaningful, positive impact on the lives of individuals and families.

Max carries a “people-first” philosophy into every financial plan he constructs. He views his role not just as a manager of assets, but as a supporter of dreams. By combining modern investment insights with a traditional work ethic, he helps clients navigate retirement with the same dedication and care he witnessed growing up.

As a graduate of UMD, Max has a deep appreciation for the Minnesota outdoors and the community of Duluth. Whether he is tracking market trends or exploring local trails, Max is driven by a desire to help others thrive.
